Home Savings Fund is a non-profit organization that provides
down payment grants to veterans, first responders, teachers, and others to help them get into the home of their dreams. Home Savings Fund and True Real Estate Group work together to help families qualify and close competitive loans that meet their needs.
How do Down Payment Grants work?
Families who qualify work with Home Savings Fund to qualify for a grant. Grants of up to $7500 are given during the closing process to help families get a better loan and terms that suit their needs. Grants do not have to be repaid.
Who Qualifies for a Grant?
Grants are offered through Home Savings Fund's application process. Anyone can qualify, even if this is your second home, third home, or more. Veterans, first responders, teachers, and others should apply and learn more about the process.
